I have been in the residential real estate business for over 40 years . I am a past president of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors and a past associate vice president for the Iowa Association of Realtors. Past recipient of the Sales Person of the Year from Des Moines Area Association of Realtors. I have my Certified Residential Brokerage designation and am a graduate of the Realtor Institute. I have been in both sales and sales management over the course of my career. I have been associated with RE/MAX Real Estate Group since 2010 and love it. I do business throughout the Des Moines area and it's suburbs. Active in resale, new construction, foreclosures and acreage properties. Other than assisting my clients and selling houses, my main interest for my wife, Kathy, and I is fishing. We are avid walleye fishermen and compete in local and regional tournaments.
