Born and raised in Sioux City, I have always been involved in my community on local and state levels. In 2016, I was appointed as Asian Pacific Island Commissioner for the State of Iowa by Governor Kim Reynolds. In addition, I serve as a member in the Inclusive Sioux City committee, and I am one of the founders of the Siouxland Asian Festival, an annual community event that celebrates Asian cultural and diversity. For more than three decades, my family and I have been running our family business - Hong Kong Supermarket. In 2021, my husband and I launched YummiBlox, the first food truck lot, as a way to liven up West 7th St, support local food trucks, and enjoy their foods we have for our Siouxland community. We also provide multiple outlets for the trucks to use which will save vendor hundreds of dollars. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with so many different people from all walks of life.
Now, I am thrilled to venture into the world of real estate to help new homeowners and investors here in Siouxland!
