After college Chrissi pursued a career in retail management with Buckle. Through this experience she was introduced to a true passion for the world of design and helping people. This led her to the construction industry where she found a new love for working with home builders and home owners.
With over 10 years of experience in sales, customer service, construction, design and a splash of finance she was led to the real estate world where she is able to combine all her strengths from previous career experience to be a successful and knowledgeable real estate agent for all her clients. An Accredited Buyer Representative, Pricing Strategies Advisor, Certified New Home Specialist, Residential Construction Certified and member of the Home Builder’s Association, she continuously finds ways to stay on top of real estate and new construction knowledge. In 2018 Chrissi was nominated by her clients and won The Des Moines Register’s Metro’s Best Real Estate Agent!
Chrissi has lived in Iowa most of her life and now resides in Grimes with her husband, two children and their dogs. In her free time, she enjoys watching her son’s many sporting events, cheering her daughter on at horse shows and rodeos, working out at CrossFit 515, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

    My wife and I relocated from Utah to Iowa earlier this year and received a strong recommendation to use Chrissi. Best decision ever. I can't recommend her highly enough! From the very first meeting, it was evident she had an incredible dedication to finding the perfect home for us. She took the time to understand our unique needs and preferences and worked tirelessly to present a range of options that fit our criteria. Her approach and online tools were perfect for someone moving across the country.What really stood out was her responsiveness. No matter the time of day, she was always quick to answer our questions or provide updates, making us feel supported every step of the way. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She was also an expert at collaborating with the outside lending team we chose which made the entire buying process much easier. Working with Chrissi feels like collaborating with a friend rather than just a real estate team. Even 3 months after closing on our home, she is always available to answer my questions quickly.     We have know Chrissi Ripperger for a few years now. She has helped other family members to buy their homes, and now my husband and I. She answered all our questions in a timely manner by email, phone, or in person. She scheduled showings when it was convenient to our family, and took all our needs/wants in to consideration when picking houses. She works hard to give you the best experience in buying your first home or your next home. I couldn't be happier with our experience and will use 15 hands again when ready for our next home.

    All good things to say about realtor Chrissi Ripperger and her team at 15 Hands! Being new to the selling side of real estate, Chrissi really helped me through the process every step of the way. Selling a home in a timely manner could be stressful, but Chrissi always had the right answers, and went over and beyond to accommodate my requests.I would definitely recommend using Chrissi for any size home purchase/sale, she has tons of experience, and really knows the ins and outs of the reality world.     We had our first experience with Chrissi when we were building our new home. She was the selling agent and was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. We were selling our home with another local agent. Our house was on the market for longer than we were anticipating (75 days) and Chrissi stepped in to help our agent out. We eventually hired her to sell our home and she did so within 10 days. The housing market had really turned for the worse but Chrissi brought so much to the table. I would certainly recommend her to anyone. She is the absolute best!

    We have moved several times, and Chrissi is by far the best realtor we have ever used. She is very knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods, and helped us find what we needed.     Chrissi was our initial contact on our new construction with Frampton Homes. We were moving to Iowa from Minnesota and didn't have much information on builders. She promptly responded to the message I left her. From that initial phone call we felt she was honest and very knowledgeable and when we made our decision to go with her, that proved to be the case. Everything she told us on the initial phone call played out in the building process. She was always there every step of the way, offering excellent insight as we made our choices for the house. We also really appreciated how responsive she was to our questions. She would typically get back to us the same day. It was good to know we could trust her throughout the building process. She is great and we would highly recommend her!
