Kathy was great to work with in purchasing our house Ankeny. She answered all of our questions and we never felt like we were rushed in making decisions. She explained all aspects of submitting the offer through closing. She went over potential impacts on inspection and what to look for. Overall a very positive experience from Kathy and I would definitely recommend her as a realtor to anyone.

Kathy is the realtor you should work with! My husband and I are both 24 and were looking to buy our first home. We were worried about a realtor trying to take advantage of us because of our age and inexperience in the market. Kathy invited us into her office for an educational meeting to explain what buying a house looked like, with no pressure. We both left feeling like we understood what we should expect and what we needed to do to prepare for buying a home. Several months later, when we felt ready to start touring houses, we reached out to Kathy. Kathy was a wealth of information and was always honest about the benefits and flaws she saw at each location. She responded to questions and touring requests quickly. My husband and I always felt well-informed and supported. My parents met her at closing, and were blown away by how supportive, knowledgeable, and caring she was! I cannot recommend her more!

Kathy was a true partner in the home selling/new home search/buying process. During the selling process, she found serious buyers and completed the sale in a short amount of time. During the purchasing process, she took the time to listen, research and locate homes that aligned to what we were looking for. She made both selling and buying a great experience. When we started the new home search, we had done some research on our own, but she was able to find homes that we couldn’t locate. In fact, the home we purchased wasn’t even listed. Her knowledge of the market and desire to find the home that fit our criteria was second to none. We have worked with other realtors in the past, but never experienced the level of trust, attentiveness and dedication to finding the right home as we did with Kathy! We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with Kathy as well as the chance to get to know her. She will no doubt be the real estate professional we choose for our next home sale and purchase.

Working with Kathy was great! We saw many homes and she was honest with the fixes we would potentially need to do. She provided us with resources and information for our inspections, insurance etc. We had great feedback on houses as well as she was very flexible with our schedules to find out first home!

Kathy was SO helpful in the process of purchasing my home! She got me right into the home as soon as I requested to view it, and she was honest about the great (and not so great) aspects of the property.
