Rodney's previous careers gave him the perfect foundation for a career in real estate. After earning a BA in Marketing from ISU in 1994, he became the marketing coordinator for Iowa's leading electrical distributor, where he stayed for several years. Then he moved into the mortgage industry, working both in marketing and loan processing.
Thus, he not only has the expertise to marketing his listings well, he has the experience and knowledge to guide his buyers through the loan process, anticipating and clearing issues before they become problems.
After moving from lending to real estate sales in 2005, Rodney devoted himself to learning all he could to assist his clients.
