I can't say enough positive things about Jamie. I have worked with her through a home purchase and a sale. For our purchase, the seller was a relocation company. Something I had zero experience with. Jamie was so knowledgeable and helped us navigate the purchase with ease. For our home sale, she had our home under contract before it even hit the market! Zero hassles with home showings and open houses was such a blessing for our busy family and 2 small children who would make keeping our home tidy a real task. She has helped us with contacts for all kinds of home needs as well and is very very clearly well connected with the local community. I would very highly recommend her to anyone in the area. Jamie was a delight! Super pleasant to work with, very thorough and truly cares for her client. I would recommend her a million times! The second home I seen online and already had 2 other bids, but we got in and magic happened! Now my babies and I are blessed with a place to call our own. Jamie was able to give me helpful advice on how to bid, even had numbers readily available for inspection, getting utilities on etc. She goes above and beyond for her clients.
