She knows exactly where to push in the negotiations and when to let off as the best deal possible has been reached. She also knows how to write up the different non-money terms of the contracts that only come from years of experiences that make the process more straightforward and reduce the stress of figuring out which party is responsible for what.Without a doubt, I came out ahead on selling my house with Amy than trying to do it myself thought the higher sell price because of the improvements and staging she helped me with as well as her contacts for getting repairs done. When you throw in the significantly reduced stress as Amy takes care of everything behind the scenes, it is a no brainer to work with Amy on selling a house.
