I opened ReMax Advantage Realty in January 1989. Since 1991 we have been the #1 residential real estate office in the Dubuque area. There are over 30 full time Realtors in the office ready to work with me in getting properties sold. My team and I actively work with sellers, and I have assistants in place to provide my clients the best service possible. My team and I also enjoy working with buyers, whether it be a first time home buyer, move-up buyer, or a new construction buyer. I also work with commercial real estate, land sales, new construction, and multi-family properties. I have 2 children and 5 grandchildren and in my spare time enjoy golfing, exercising, spending time with friends and family, and watching the Green Bay Packers. I am always available to answer any real estate questions and love referrals from my clients.

    Greg was incredibly great in the way he took my kids under his wings when their father unexpectantly passed away. He helped move a piano, dissemble a large buffet, and gave the kids access to a dumpster. Greg went above and beyond what any other realtor would do ... To say the least, he treated my kids as though they were his own. Thank you so much!!!

    Maybe its just buying a home in the sellers market, maybe its because all realtors do is say "look inside" and get 6% commission, but i find their job completely irrelevant and unnecessary and just a middle man making too much off an already expensive process, at no point did our realtor have any houses that we couldn't find ourselves online/source ourselves. Even at the absolute end when it came to financing it was pulling teeth getting them to agree to our terms that my own financing team was perfectly okay with.

    Greg and his team were wonderful to work with! They were very knowledgable, always were fast to get back to you and they were on top of getting the paperwork rolling. I would definitely recommend them or use them again but they helped my family find our forever home in the town we wanted. Thanks so much for all your help!

    I worked with Angie Welbes on the Adams team. She was both personalble and very professional. She provided excellent advice to an out-of-town buyer on the neighborhoods we were looking in, and created a winning strategy that resulted in us closing on the house that we wanted in a very tough seller's market environment! Angie went way beyond the call of duty in helping us, even after the sale was completed. Highly recommended.

Anytime I had a question they answered right away and explained everything well in advance so I was not caught off guard. This was my first home and they could bot have made the process any easier and did an outstanding job.

    We had a very difficult time with the home purchase and it turned into a multi month process to negotiate terms on the property. Greg was great and patient and didn't attempt to push us toward a different property that would have been a quicker sell. He was always kind and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
