Purchased a home that had been on the market for quite some time in 2015. She was very responsive in showing homes, however this particular home had sloping floors on the addition side, and I bought it without a home inspection. Costly mistake on my part. Not disclosed on the sellers disclosure statement and apparently not a significant enough issue to point out to me. To be honest I've had some say, no big deal it won't sink anymore, it's a 85 year old house, and others say tear it off, while foundation companies say anywhere from 10k up to fix.
